Orders
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time. For deliveries in Italy the courier is BRT (Bartolini) - for international shipments, DPD.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@maisonaromea.it.
We will do our best to intervene before the order is processed.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, no further changes can be made.
In-stock products are available in our warehouse and are dispatched on the same day for orders placed by 12:00, or on the next business day for orders placed after that time.
Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Available-on-order products are sourced specifically following your purchase and delivered within 7–14 days from the order date for Italy, and 10–18 days for international shipments.
In both cases, you will receive email updates at every stage of the process.
Shipping & Delivery
For in-stock products, delivery is expected within 24-48 business hours in Italy via BRT (Bartolini), and within 2-6 business days across Europe via DPD.
For available-on-order products, delivery takes place within 7-14 days from the order date for Italy, and 10-18 days for international shipments.
Shipments are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Yes, we ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain via DPD.
Shipping is always free for all available-on-order products, regardless of the order amount.
For in-stock products, shipping is free for orders of €80.00 or more.
Below this threshold, the cost is €4.90 for Italy and €7.90 for international shipments.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging as received. Returns are not accepted for products missing their original packaging or damaged due to the customer’s actions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
You can submit a return request directly from Make a Return page, with no login required: simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Once your request is submitted, we will review it and send you all return instructions within 24-48 hours.
In some cases, we may contact you to request additional information in support of the request.
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund is processed within 48 hours via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Any additional processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Purchase Protection is an optional coverage you can activate directly from your cart at the time of ordering.
It covers two scenarios: a parcel lost in transit or a parcel delivered in damaged condition.
In both cases, upon confirmation from the courier, we will send you a new shipment with no delays and no additional procedures required.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date by writing to customerservice@maisonaromea.it.

Payments & Security
We accept credit card, PayPal and Klarna.
The latter allows you to split your payment into convenient interest-free instalments, directly at checkout.
All payments are processed via SSL encrypted connection and handled by certified providers: Maison Aromea does not store or have access to your credit card details.
